Here at LivingRich, we do everything imaginable to make sure that we deliver only the highest quality merchandise. All apparel items go through a rigorous quality assessment process but as humans, we know accidents are not uncommon. If you aren’t satisfied with your purchase then we have exchange options available to you. Refunds are not available at this time. 

Exchanges

Online Orders

To ensure that your exchange is processed quickly and efficiently, we ask that you email info@iamlivingrich.com as soon as you notice any discrepancies (incorrect sizing, color, or item) with your order. In your email please include  your name,  order number, your order issue, and your requested exchange item.You will receive a reply from us confirming receipt of your email.

Once you’ve shipped your order please email any tracking information to info@iamlivingrich.comAfter receipt of the item and inspection, the exchange item will be mailed out. Eligible returns will be issued a store credit for the original purchase price. Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be included with the store credit amount. 

Your order is only eligible for an exchange if your item(s)

  • have original tags with original packaging
  • have not been worn, washed, stained, or damaged

All merchandise must be returned within seven (7) days of delivery. Customers are responsible for any fees associated with the return to include postage. There will only be one exchange permitted per order. 

All gift cards, headwear, and socks are FINAL SALE. No Exceptions

In-Store Orders

Merchandise purchased in-store is eligible for an exchange within 7 days after purchase. Refunds are not available at this time. You must have the original receipt to make an exchange. Any worm, stained, or damaged items will not be accepted for exchange and items be in their original form and packaging.

Processing & Shipping 

Once you’ve placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Your order will be processed within 24 hours and then a shipping confirmation email shortly after. If you need to make changes to your order, please do so within 24 hours. Once your order is processed no further changes will be permitted. 

All items are shipped within 3-5 business days after processing. This does not include Expedited orders or Pre-Orders. 

PRE-ORDERS will ship within 7-14 days after receipt of payment. Expedited orders ship within 1-2 days of receipt of payment. 

Once your order has shipped, it can be tracked here. Although we are NOT liable for items lost in the mail, we will work with you to find a resolution and locate your package. If there are any issues related to the delivery of your order, please contact the postal carrier immediatley to file a claim. We will also contact the postal carrier to follow up on the claim. If for some reason you are unable to file the claim we will conduct on your behalf.
