Refunds & Exchanges

Here at LivingRich™ we strive to deliver the best customer service possible. We guarantee our merchandise to be free of defects. LivingRich™ does have the right to refuse exchanges that have been worn and/or damaged by customer. 

Online Orders:

All apparel items are checked thoroughly before shipping. If for some reason you are not pleased with your items upon delivery, you have 7 days after receipt to ship return merchandise for store credit. No Refunds. Customers are responsible for item return fees by postal carrier. You may also exchange in store at our retail location. 

Vending Events:

Merchandise purchased during a LivingRich™ event are eligible for an exchange within 24 hours of purchase date/time if out of state (Outside of Ohio). If Local, items are eligible for exchange for up to 7 days from purchase date. Item(s) must be accompanied with proof of purchase and in original condition.   


Merchandise purchased In-Store is eligible for Exchange Only within 7 days after purchase, NO Refunds - NO Exceptions. Must have original receipt for exchange. Any worm or stained items will not be accepted for exchange. Must be in original form and packaging. Any discounted items are FINAL SALE.

Return How-To:

Please fill out return slip accompanied with package when received. This must be included with your returned item.

Items must have original tags with original packaging.

Email: info@iamlivingrich.com with package tracking information once shipped. Email must be sent within 7 days after receipt of merchandise. You will receive a reply from us confirming email receipt. 

Credit will be applied to a LivingRich™️ E-Gift Card within 48hrs from receipt of exchange item and sent to the email address on file.

Shipping & Handling

Shipping & Handling rates are calculated at checkout. All items ship within 3-5 business days after receipt of purchase, with exception of Expedited and PRE-ORDER orders. PRE-ORDERS do not ship out until 7-14 days after receipt of payment. Expedited orders ship within 24hrs after receipt of payment. We are not responsible for items lost in the mail. You can follow your orders progress online with the tracking number you will receive once items have shipped.
