Here at LivingRich™ we strive to deliver the best customer service possible. We guarantee our merchandise to be free of defects. LivingRich™ does have the right to refuse exchanges that have been worn and/or damaged by customer. No refunds, exchange only.
Normal Policy: All apparel items are checked thoroughly before shipping. If for some reason you are not pleased with your items upon delivery, you have 48hrs after receipt to ship return merchandise for exchange. No Refunds. Customers are responsible for item return fees by postal carrier. You may also exchange in store at our retail location.
Normal Policy: Merchandise purchased In-Store are eligible for Exchange Only within 7 days after purchase, NO Refunds - NO Exceptions. Must have original receipt for exchange. Any worm, stained, or damaged items will not be accepted for exchange. Must be in original form and packaging. Any discounted/sale items are FINAL SALE.

Online Return/Exchange How-To (currently unavailable):
You MUST contact us within 48hrs of receipt of package for exchange eligibility.
- Items must have original tags with original packaging.
- We CANNOT exchange the item if it has been worn, washed, stained, or damaged.
- Email: email@example.com immediately once packaged is received and discrepancy identified (sizing issue; incorrect product). Include in email order number, name, problem, and exchange item requesting.
- You will receive a reply from us confirming email receipt and details for next steps.
- Item must be shipped back to Living Rich within 48hrs of receiving information. Please email us with tracking details.
- After receipt of item and inspection, exchange item will be mailed out.

Shipping & Handling
Shipping & Handling rates are calculated at checkout. All items ship within 2-3 business days after receipt of purchase, with exception of Expedited and PRE-ORDER orders. PRE-ORDERS do not ship out until 7-14 days after receipt of payment. Expedited orders ship within 24hrs after receipt of payment. We are not responsible for items lost in the mail. You can follow your orders progress online with the tracking number you will receive once items have shipped.
